About the Client

Our client is a leading Australian parking and mobility provider delivering services across a large operational network. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Trainer who can equip employees with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to succeed in their roles.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an engaging and people-focused Trainer to deliver onboarding, process and operational training programs for customer-facing teams. You'll facilitate learning sessions, assess learner readiness, provide coaching and feedback, and work closely with Operations and Quality teams to ensure employees successfully transition into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom, virtual and practical training sessions
• Deliver engaging learning experiences using approved training materials
• Administer assessments, activities and practical exercises
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback
• Deliver coaching and targeted support to address learning gaps
• Maintain accurate attendance, assessment and training records
• Partner with Operations and Quality to support learner readiness
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve training effectiveness
• Participate in training calibration and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support learners through onboarding, nesting and transition activities

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of training, facilitation, coaching or relevant contact centre experience
• Experience delivering onboarding, process or operational training programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage learners and manage classroom dynamics effectively
• Experience assessing learner performance and providing coaching
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work Australian operational schedules when required
• Comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business outcomes
• Amenable to work onsite in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay

Nice to Have

• Experience in a BPO or contact centre environment
• Exposure to virtual training platforms and learning management systems
• Experience supporting nesting, readiness or transition programs
• Training certification or relevant learning and development experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
