Working as our Human Resources Lead, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of HR support across our Fiji operations. You will lead a small team of HR Officers and work closely with business leaders, providing practical advice across employee relations, performance and workplace matters.

In this role, you will;

• Lead, support and develop our HR Officers team
• Provide practical HR advice and guidance to leaders
• Manage employee relations, performance, disciplinary, grievance and termination matters
• Support consistent and compliant HR practices across the business
• Apply your knowledge of Fiji employment legislation to workplace matters
• Identify and escalate complex people matters and emerging risks
• Work collaboratively with our broader HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams

What you will bring;

• Strong generalist HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Experience coaching, supporting or leading HR professionals
• Hands-on experience managing employee relations and performance matters
• Sound working knowledge of Fiji employment legislation
• Strong judgement and confidence providing advice to leaders
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• BPO, contact centre or other service-based industry experience will be highly regarded
