The Opportunity

We're looking for customer service professionals to support a healthcare transport provider in Australia. You'll help patients, carers and healthcare facilities book and manage their transport, so people get where they need to be safely and on time.

If you've handled calls, chats or emails in a BPO and you enjoy keeping things organised, this is a great next step. We'll teach you the scheduling and dispatch side.

What You'll Do

• Handle calls with customers and healthcare facilities
• Book, schedule and update transport requests
• Coordinate with drivers and the operations team on pickups and changes
• Manage emails and admin tasks accurately and on time
• Keep customer and booking records complete and up to date

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of BPO, contact centre or customer service experience (voice, chat or email)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable using multiple systems at the same time
• Open to rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Nice to Have

• Experience in bookings, scheduling, dispatch, logistics or admin support
• Experience with Australian or New Zealand customers
• Healthcare, travel or transport account experience

Work Setup

• Four E-Com, Pasay City
• Onsite during training, then hybrid after successful onboarding
• 24/7 operation with a shifting schedule
