Reporting to the Group Legal Counsel, you'll partner closely with leaders across the Group to provide trusted legal advice, manage risk and support sound commercial decision-making. This is an opportunity to step into a broad in-house role with exposure to contracts, compliance, governance, disputes and strategic business initiatives across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Partnering with leaders to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice
- Supporting contract negotiations, reviews and risk management outcomes
- Guiding compliance across regulatory, privacy and consumer law obligations
- Assisting with disputes, investigations and external legal provider engagement
- Building trusted stakeholder relationships that support informed decision-making
What You'll Bring;
- Australian legal practising qualification with corporate or commercial experience
- Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance and risk management
- Ability to balance legal obligations with commercial business objectives
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Confidence influencing stakeholders with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
